Choose the right path for you!

WLUA is pleased to offer two new officials training opportunities every year!

1. FALL at the start of the Fall Ball Season (September)

• Webinar: Sunday,  August 30 at 7:30pm (webinar link will be sent in an email)

• Classroom: Saturday, September 12 from 8am - 1pm at the Chantilly Regional Library 

2. WINTER at the start of Indoor Season and Spring Season (December)

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned official new to the DMV, an independent studier or collaborative learner, tight on time or have a flexible schedule, WLUA has a training path for you.

1. In-person training is a small group classroom curriculum with WLUA trainers.

2. Board transfer is for certified officials in good standing wishing to join the WLUA board.

3. Online training is a self-paced curriculum using USA Lacrosse course material.

Anyone pursuing the Online Training option must complete the online curriculum by September 12, 2026 to be eligible.
