and SECONDARY MEMBER
REQUIREMENTS

A WLUA Transfer Form must be completed to transfer as a certified and rated official. A Transfer and/or a Secondary Member with the rating of Apprentice, Local 1, Local 2, and Local 3 will be evaluated on the field by a member of the Training/Rating committee or a member appointed by the Executive Committee and have a letter of recommendation sent by their primary board.
